Antichat SQL-tools problem

hello ppl,I am happy to be here.Is very heavy to make the reg,because I don't understand your language...I live in italy but I am from romania. so also english I don't speak very good. however, compliments for this GREAT Forum !

this log is from sql_check_111_GUI(ROText)

someone tells what I need to do? thx

edit sql_check_111_GUI(ROText).pl

in line 17 change use encoding "cp1251"; to comment #use encoding "cp1251";

or delete line
